Returns and Exchange Policy

At The Burrow, we want you to LOVE your goods as much as we do. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't fret, we've got you!

Returns:
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unworn & unwashed with original stickers or tags attached.

Exchanges:
You can return your item(s) for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in original condition: unused, unworn & unwashed with original stickers or tags attached.

Shipping:
All shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer - unless there is an error on our part. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any return lost in transit. *Please note that customers requesting an exchange will also be asked to cover the shipping cost of any new item(s).

Final Sale Items:
Please note that certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are identified on the product page, so please review your purchase carefully. If you have any questions about whether an item is a final sale before making your purchase, feel free to check with us.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (less any fees), and applied as a store credit or credited to the original payment method.
